Step 1: Review and Prepare Documents

To help with the application process, have the following documents prepared to be uploaded:

• Photo ID
• BLS/CPR card
• Resume

You will also need a credit card for payment.

Step 2: Complete Online Form

Make sure you complete all steps in the online application before submitting. In case you need to step away, make sure you click “Save and Continue Later” link be the Next button. You will receive an email with a link to your saved application.

Step 3: Enrollment Agreement and Fact Sheets

After submission, you will receive an email requiring signatures for the Enrollment Agreement and School Performance Fact Sheet.
